ISEO Ultimate Access Technologies has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, the company’s fourth voluntary report and the second one prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The document describes the results achieved and the future objectives of an increasingly structured ESG journey. Among the most significant results is the 24% reduction in ISEO’s CO₂ emissions, which decreased from 66,216 tonnes in 2024 to 50,089 tonnes in 2025. This reduction was also supported by the increased use of energy from renewable sources. In particular, ISEO Serrature S.p.A. signed a long-term agreement for the supply of electricity generated entirely from renewable sources, helping to increase the share of renewable energy used by ISEO.

The Report also highlights the company’s commitment to social responsibility. As of 31 December 2025, ISEO had 1,037 employees, including 447 women, confirming its commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace focused on developing skills, with an increasing female presence at all organisational levels.

In terms of governance, ISEO continues to operate according to high international standards in quality, environment, energy efficiency, occupational health and safety, information security, and gender equality. This approach has also been recognised by recent EcoVadis assessments: ISEO Serrature was awarded the Bronze Medal, while ISEO France achieved the Gold Medal, ranking among the most virtuous companies globally in sustainability management.

A further step forward in ISEO’s commitment to being a responsible company is represented by its membership of the UN Global Compact. This commitment means operating responsibly, in line with the Ten Universal Principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, while also contributing to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Looking ahead, the company has defined its new ESG Strategy 2026–2030, structured around three pillars: Innovate for Planet, to promote innovation and climate responsibility; Empower Own People, to value people and foster inclusion and equity; and Transform Together, to engage stakeholders, suppliers, and partners in creating shared value.

Francesco Trovato, CEO of ISEO, said: “Operating in the metalworking sector entails an environmental, social and governance responsibility that can no longer be delegated or postponed. This is precisely why sustainability at ISEO is concrete, measurable and integrated into every industrial decision. It is not merely an ethical commitment, nor even a regulatory obligation, but the way we choose to do business and generate development”.
