Why do we collect your data?

We can only process your data if there is a legal basis that allows us to do so. We process your personal data for the following reasons:

  • Use of the site and management of services

The data are processed to enable the performance of the services offered on the website. In this case the legal basis from the legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 lett. f) EU Regulation 2016/679.

  • Customer support and enquiries

To carry out customer service, to answer Your enquiries, to allow You to download documentation and to invite You to trade fairs and events. In this case the legal basis is the contract and your consent according to Art. 6 lett. a) EU Regulation 2016/679.

The data are processed for sending advertising material and newsletters by email, for carrying out commercial information activities, by phone, SMS, email, as well as by traditional means on ISEO's promotional and commercial initiatives, for prize operations, for carrying out market research and surveys to detect customer satisfaction. Your data is processed mainly electronically and, in some cases, also on paper. Your data will not be subject to automated decisions.

What level of security do we adopt to process your data?

We guarantee that your data is processed with the utmost security: we have, in fact, adopted suitable physical, IT and organisational measures to ensure the protection of your data. Iseo continuously evaluates and improves its security systems in order to always guarantee you the highest level of protection of your data.

Where are your data stored?

Your data will always be stored within the European Union. Should it become necessary to transfer your data to a country outside the EU, provided that such country of destination or transit of data ensures an adequate level of protection of your personal data, we will inform you thereof. Even in such a case, we will take all appropriate measures to ensure maximum protection.

Who can access your data?

Your data may be communicated to other companies controlled by and/or connected with ISEO in Italy, or in the European Union depending on your choice of country of your first access. This will take place on the basis of specific agreements existing between the companies of the Iseo Group.

In order to carry out our activities we need to make use of third parties, appointed as external data controllers by an agreement pursuant to Article 28 Regulation 2016/679:

Within the Iseo Group all personnel who may have access to your data will be authorised and trained in advance.

How long will we keep your data?

We will store your personal data in accordance with legal obligations. For enquiries we will only use your data to fulfil the purpose of the service you have requested. For promotional activities directed at you we will store your data until you revoke your consent. Data for recruitment and selection purposes will be kept for a maximum of 1 year.
