In recent years, airports have evolved into multifunctional hubs, offering travelers much more than just a transit point. In addition to traditional travel services, spaces for shopping, dining, relaxation, remote work, and entertainment have been introduced.

Requests

In a context like SEA Milan Airports, access control requires advanced and flexible solutions that can meet the increasing demands for security, optimal personnel management, and large flows of people. In an ever-changing environment, the challenge was to find solutions that combined maximum operational efficiency with the security of sensitive areas accessible only to authorised personnel, while ensuring reliability and freedom of movement.

Our contribution

SEA Milan Airports entrusted ISEO with the task of optimising access control to restricted areas and stores, focusing on improving security and managing flows of people. The project required tailored solutions capable of responding to the needs of a dynamic environment, where security must blend with practicality and operational efficiency. To meet these needs, ISEO provided the V364 access control system, combined with mechatronic and electronic devices. F9000 mechatronic keys, cylinders, and padlocks offer the ability to manage different access points with a single key, simplifying management and allowing quick modifications to access permissions. The MA1A Connected Smart Handle, the Aries electronic handle plate, and the Libra electronic cylinder integrate harmoniously with the surrounding environment, ensuring freedom of access with different credentials, including smartphones, tags, and RFID cards, to guarantee both comfort and security. In this way, ISEO optimised access control and operational efficiency, providing a perfect balance between innovation, flexibility, and total freedom of movement.
