Within an innovative housing context such as UpTown, rich in services and designed to integrate harmoniously with nature, there is a need for simple, flexible and customisable access management. ISEO responds to this demand by providing an advanced access control system, capable of managing all entrances, from common areas to private residences, through a single customised application. This approach combines ease of use with the ability to adapt to the customer's specific needs, while offering a flexible and innovative experience. Furthermore, it is essential that the solution guarantees the highest levels of security, in line with the high standards of a modern and sustainable residential project such as UpTown.

Our contribution

ISEO has implemented a system capable of opening multiple gates with a single key, as well as an advanced access control system for private and communal areas, including the reservation of shared spaces such as fitness areas, coworking or swimming pools.

The F9 SPI cylinder - ISEO's patented multiprofile system with protected duplicate keys - and the R500 SPI cylinder - ISEO's patented locking system, ideal for armoured and security doors - were installed. The motorised locks for armoured doors X1R Easy and X1R Smart were chosen for some of the openings, thus expanding the opening possibilities.

For even more flexible control, ISEO provided the Luckey application from Sofia part of ISEO, which combines the highest security standards with the versatility of management via smartphone, PIN codes or RFID tags.

This system, custom-developed by ISEO to meet the customer's needs, provides all users with optimal security, flexible access management and total freedom of movement, fitting perfectly with the requirements of a modern smart district like UpTown.
