The new device from the OMN1BAR Touch series represents a significant technological advance compared to existing solutions, thanks to boosted performance levels in line with Push models, with which it shares equivalent mechanical efficiency, operational reliability and compatibility with the same types of locks.
The internal mechanical unit has been completely redesigned to ensure smoother motion and reduced dynamic resistance during operation. This results in improved functional responsiveness even in critical conditions such as variable assembly tolerances, leaf deformation or intensive cycles.
One of the most notable innovations is the 35° spindle rotation, a parameter developed to ensure full geometric and functional compatibility with the entire ISEO lock portfolio. This optimised angle allows for a more linear coupling between transmission components and trigger mechanisms, simplifying variant management and guaranteeing complete interoperability across different configurations.
The new variable centre distance system, protected by a registered patent, enables automatic adaptation to 72, 85 and 92 mm centre distances without the need for dedicated components or specific codes. This solution drastically reduces warehouse complexity, increases installation flexibility and improves standardisation throughout the entire logistics chain.
The range also includes a version in satin stainless steel, manufactured using processes that increase surface resistance to scratches, abrasions and corrosive agents, making it particularly suitable for high-traffic applications or aggressive environments.
To provide an extra level of protection, all models (except the stainless steel variant) are treated with Safe Touch antibacterial finishing, designed to reduce microbial proliferation on surfaces subject to frequent contact.
